Research/Expedition/Field Work:
  1. Lucia Upchurch is on A20 Repeat Hydrogrphy cruise in the tropical North Atlantic Ocean.
  2. The CFC system is being renovated for SF6 capability. Lucia Upchurch joins the team again for this task.
Supervising:
  1. PhD student Il-Nam Kim successfully finished his PhD disrertation defense and final oral exam on 5/2 (Dissertation title: Ocean Biogeochemistry In The Northern Gulf Of Mexico, The East/Japan Sea, And The South Pacific With A Focus On Denitrification).
  2. I co-advise postdoctoral researcher, Dr. Jianhong Xue
